  4. Electrical Maintenance:
    • Remove dust from the electrical cabinet weekly using a paintbrush or blower.
    • Prevent water and dust from entering the hydraulic station by following the product manual.

    • Check tension sleeve bolts and drive gear bolts every shift.
    • Do not use wet materials to clean electrical components.

    • Investigate and resolve abnormal vibrations and noises promptly.
    • Check and tighten the electrodes, especially soft conductors and welding transformers, ensuring their temperature does not exceed 120°C. If temperatures reach 150°C, inspect for oxidation or loose fastenings and take corrective measures.
  2. Periodic Adjustments:
    • Tighten loose chains and gears regularly.
    • Replace reducer lubricating oil every six months.
    • Ensure the safety limit connections are secure to avoid mechanical damage.
  3. Monthly Check-ups:
    • Re-tighten the circuit breaker, motor terminals, and electrical box terminals after 1-2 months of use.
    • Regularly check and replenish the oil level in the reducer and hydraulic station, repairing any leaks promptly.
    • Re-tighten all bolts and nuts after 1-2 months of normal operation.
