Product Introduction
The steel bar pile cage winding machine is used to make steel cages for different types of pile foundations.
Here’s how it works
First, the main bars of the steel cage are created using molds, including internal supports. Then, these bars are placed on the machine. The ends of the wound bars are welded to a main bar, and the coiled bars are wound around the frame by rotating the transmission roller and moving the trolley.
The machine has adjustable roller speed, which can be set according to the operator’s skill level. The spacing between the steel bars can be changed as needed for construction, and preset parameters can be used. If a steel cage has both an encrypted area and a reserved area, the spacing automatically changes during the process, forming the steel cage in one go, which improves efficiency.
The machine can be customized based on customer needs and can handle steel cages over 30 meters in length and more than three meters in diameter in a single process, with a small margin of error. The error between adjacent ribs is within 3mm, and using a meter ruler to measure a 3-meter length shows a total error within 2CM.

Control System
The machine uses an imported PLC frequency conversion control system to keep thousands of rotations in sync and prevent the steel cage from turning or twisting.
Walking System
It is powered by a high-precision reducer to eliminate any walking errors.
Hydraulic System
The machine comes with several automatic hydraulic rollers for material support, preventing the steel cage from deforming due to its own weight.
