Product Features
- Crafted from high-quality ductile iron casting, the GQ40 rebar cutting machine boasts a compact and robust body, ensuring reliability and excellent quality in a small, space-efficient design.
- Enjoy optimal lubrication performance with its box-type closed structure and gear splash lubrication system. After a single refuel, it supports over two months of continuous operation. (Maintain oil levels at or above the marked scale line for sustained lubrication.)
- Experience reduced functional consumption thanks to enhanced lubrication conditions and the use of rolling bearings on the gear shaft ends. Compared to similar machines, it achieves a one-third power reduction under equivalent loads.
- Designed for ease of mobility, the GQ40 bar cutting machine features front-wheel steering, facilitating flexible movement and straightforward maintenance.
- Transparent fixing bolts secure the knife plate, ensuring it remains steadfast and damage-resistant.
Safety and Precautions for Use
(I) Preparations Before Use
- Manually rotate the machine to ensure proper gear meshing.
- Confirm the blade is securely installed, maintaining a gap of 0.2-0.5mm between the two blades.
- Inspect the tightness of all bolts across the machine.
- Verify the electrical components are in good condition, with proper insulation. Install leakage protection devices and ensure the equipment’s grounding wire is securely grounded.
- Lubricate all rotating parts thoroughly before operation.
- Perform a no-load test. If any irregularities are detected, stop the machine immediately for inspection and repair.
(II) Precautions During Use
- Always place the steel bar at the bottom part of the blade for cutting. Avoid using the upper blade unnecessarily to prevent excessive strain on the machine’s body.
- Ensure the blade is intact during operation, checking regularly for looseness. Replace or sharpen the blade edge promptly if necessary.
- If any issues arise during operation, immediately disconnect the power supply and inspect the machine for repairs.
- Never attempt repairs or adjustments while the machine is running.
- Ensure all safety guards are in place before starting the machine to prevent accidents.
- When engaging the clutch, make sure it is fully depressed. Avoid frequent partial engagements, which can lead to premature clutch wear.
- During cutting, clear any waste material beneath the blade promptly to prevent damage or breakage of the knife plate’s fixing bolts due to excessive pressure.
