The premise of realizing that the steel bar works in bent condition is to insert different accessories in work disk and long bar. Finish bending work during the rotation process of working disk. For bending steel bar, prepare accessories according to the diameter of the steel bar. Therefore, the selection of accessories of bending process is very important. The accessories shall be provided according to accessories table. During work, when bending less than Ф20 steel bar, use block-off-material panel and accessories. When bending more thanФ20 steel bar, directly use block-off-material panel to finish it.
