Working Principle:
Powered by a motor, the grinding disc rotates via a gear reducer and flexible coupling. The reducer’s housing is fixed to the machine’s frame, which is supported by two wheels positioned at the front. This design helps the machine’s center of gravity stay in front of the wheels, allowing the grinding disc to maintain consistent contact and pressure on the floor for optimal grinding performance. During transport, the machine’s center of gravity shifts to the wheels, making it easy to maneuver.
The circular grinding disc is equipped with three sanding blocks secured by inclined wedges, simplifying installation and replacement. The flexible coupling between the reducer and the grinding disc allows for both torque transmission and flexibility, ensuring the sanding blocks maintain excellent contact with the floor. A protective cover around the disc prevents splashes of grinding debris, with an adjustable ground clearance to accommodate wear and tear. The adjustable wheel positioning ensures the sanding blocks are always in proper alignment.
- Good quality blades are convenient for groundwork, which improves the build class more.
- Screw control ensures precise blade adjustment.
- Over-built gearbox assures long service life.
- Thickened aluminum alloy reduction box, strong and durable
Application Range:
Ideal for slurry, leveling, and polishing of cement concrete surfaces, this machine excels in large-area floor polishing operations. It is widely used in high-standard facilities such as factories, warehouses, parking lots, squares, and frame buildings, including those requiring epoxy and wear-resistant floors.
