Machine Work Principle:

The operator inserts the main rebar through specific holes on the fixed and mobile rotating disks. The coiled reinforcement (wrap) is welded to the main rebar, and as the disks rotate, the wrap is wound around the main bars while being welded. This automated process ensures precise spacing between stirrups and main bars, uniform cage diameters, and high product quality—all meeting construction standards without constant supervision.

Cage Welding Machine Key Features:

Fast and Efficient Production:
This machine greatly increases productivity. A team of 10 workers, in two shifts, can produce over 20 fully completed, 12-meter-long rebar cages in a single day.
High Precision and Consistency:
The CNC control system guarantees uniform spacing between the bars and consistent cage diameters, ensuring that the cages meet project specifications and reducing the need for frequent inspections.
Cost and Labor Savings:
With mechanized processing, material usage is reduced by 1.5% compared to manual methods, as overlapping stirrups are not necessary. Fewer workers are required, lowering labor costs and minimizing physical strain on operators.
Streamlined Workflow:
The machine’s design makes overlapping multiple cages easy, saving time on hoisting and assembly during construction.

Benefits of Mechanized Processing:

Faster Production:
The machine’s high processing speed is perfect for large projects, significantly reducing production time.
Improved Quality Control:
CNC automation ensures precise spacing and consistent cage dimensions, delivering reliable results that meet industry standards.
Less Supervision:
Unlike manual production, which requires frequent inspections, this automated system reduces the need for constant oversight, saving time and resources.
Material Efficiency:
Eliminating the need for overlapping stirrups reduces material waste, which helps lower construction costs.
