2. Pre-adjusting Part

The pre-adjusting wheel is essential for preparing the wire before it enters the straightening barrel. This step ensures smooth and accurate processing, enhancing product quality and overall machine performance.

3. Adjustment Cabinet

The adjustment cabinet fine-tunes the straightening wheel to achieve precise eccentricity for the wire rod. This accurate adjustment ensures that the wire is effectively straightened within the high-speed rotating straightening cylinder, resulting in consistent and high-quality output.

4. Traction System

Our advanced traction system, powered by a high-efficiency servo motor, features a traction wheel and reducer mechanism. This setup ensures smooth and reliable wire movement through the machine, optimizing overall performance and consistency.

5. Meter Counting Device

The meter counting device is equipped with an electronically controlled length measurement system. Set your desired length on the CNC control screen using the meter counter sensor (in millimeters). The system measures the wire length as it progresses, triggers the hydraulic system to cut the wire when the set length is reached, and updates the CNC screen with the total length used.

6. Cutting Mechanism

The cutting mechanism, driven by a powerful motor and reducer, operates a mechanical cutter to make precise circular cuts on the wire. After each cut, the mechanism resets, ensuring it is ready for the next operation and maintaining high cutting efficiency.

7. Bending Device and Bearing Frame

The bending device, driven by a servo motor and reducer, rotates the eccentric disk to achieve the required bending angles. Once the wire is bent, it moves to the bearing frame, where it is cut by a powered mechanism and slides down automatically. This efficient workflow ensures smooth operation and prepares the machine for the next cycle, enhancing productivity and performance.
