1. Machine Structure
The machine structure mainly consists of: machine base pre-adjustment, traction mechanism, straightening frame, hydraulic cutting mechanism, automatic meter counting device, bending device, bearing frame, traveling device, PLC electrical control and other parts.
2. Pre-adjusting Part
This part mainly straightens through the pre-adjusting wheel to allow the wire to better enter the straightening barrel.
3. Adjustment Cabinet Part
this part mainly adjusts the straightening wheel to make the curve rod reach a certain eccentricity, and the wire rod completes the straightening work in the high-speed rotating straightening cylinder.
4. Traction Part
This part is powered by the servo motor. The traction wheel pulls the wire forward through the reducer mechanism to complete the entry and exit of the wire.
5. Meter Counting Device
The electronically controlled length measuring device sets the required length on the length of the CNC length measuring electronic control screen through the meter counter sensor (based on millimeters). Then press the OK key to complete the length calculation work. The meter wheel rotates with the movement of the wire under the action of the advancement of the wire, and then completes the length counting work through the sensor. When the set length is reached, the sensor transmits an electrical signal to the hydraulic part for shearing. After reset, wait for the next work cycle. The meter counting device sets the number of meters on the CNC electric screen, and then presses the OK key to complete the counting work.
6. Cutting Part
which provides power through the motor and drives the mechanical cutting mechanism through the reducer to cut the wire. The cutting mechanism makes a circular motion and returns to reset, waiting for the next operation.
7. Bending Part
This part is driven by the servo motor through the reducer to rotate the eccentric disk to bend to meet the angle bending requirements. After reset, it waits for the next working cycle.
8. Bearing Frame Part
By cutting off the bent hook, the wire moves along the bearing frame. After reaching the specified length, the wire is cut off by power and the wire automatically slides down. Waiting for the next work cycle.
