The fully automatic CNC steel bar bending machine is an advanced piece of equipment designed to automate the straightening, bending, and cutting of steel bars. Operation Overview

Initial Setup

  1. Display Screen Control:
    • The machine is digitally controlled via a user-friendly touch operation panel.
    • It comes preloaded with nearly 500 commonly used steel bar graphics, allowing for quick setup and adjustments.
  2. Graphic Selection:
    • Select the desired graphic from the built-in storage or input custom graphics as needed.
    • This eliminates the need for manual settings, saving time and reducing errors.

Steel Bar Processing

  1. Feeding the Steel Bars:
    • Pass the steel bars onto the conveyor.
    • Use the remote control to press the down button, initiating the feeding process.
    • The feeding wheel pushes the steel bar forward, while the traction wheels, driven by the servo motor, ensure precise straightening.
  2. Straightening:
    • Two sets of horizontal and vertical adjustable straightening wheels, combined with four traction wheels, straighten the steel bars accurately.
  3. Bending and Cutting:
    • The bending device automatically shapes the steel bars into the desired graphics as set on the display screen.
    • The cutting mechanism then cuts the bars to the specified lengths.
    • The machine can produce various shapes such as stirrups, plate bars, horseshoe tendons, and eight-shaped tendons.

Automation and Control

  1. Fully Automated Process:
    • The entire process from feeding to bending and cutting is automated, significantly reducing the need for manual labor.
  2. Remote Control Operation:
    • Operators can control the machine remotely, allowing for speed adjustments and better observation of the bending direction.
  3. Speed Adjustment:
    • The speed of the machine can be adjusted to match the specific requirements of the project, providing flexibility in operation.

Efficiency and Productivity

  1. High Processing Efficiency:
    • Single-line stirrup processing efficiency is up to 3,500 per hour.
    • Double-line steel bar processing efficiency is up to 1,800 per hour.
    • This is equivalent to the daily workload of about 10 to 30 manual laborers.
  2. Labor Savings:
    • The machine requires only one operator, greatly improving work efficiency and reducing labor costs.
