How the GHM Machinery Two Head CNC Bending Center Machine Works

The CNC bending center is designed to handle steel bars efficiently, featuring two CNC heads and the ability to work with 32mm threaded steel bars. It can bend these bars at various angles in both directions.

This equipment, controlled by a PLC, is commonly used in beam yards or large steel factories. It can process steel bars ranging from 12mm to 40mm in diameter, creating various shapes like multi-arc bars, horseshoe bars, and cap beam steel bars. It can bend bars from 0 to 220 degrees at multiple angles.

Key features include an electric automatic chain rail feeding platform, making it easy for a single operator to use. The CNC bending center uses variable frequency servo control for precise bending angles and sizes. Its strong mechanical locking structure ensures accurate processing. The movable custom baffle mechanism and flexible clamping design prevent steel bars from deflecting or slipping during bending, maintaining the accuracy of the finished product.

The center comes with various molds to accommodate different bar diameters. Changing molds is simple—just adjust the fixing screws. The gear rack transmission system in the bending head ensures stability. The visual graphic input interface is user-friendly, featuring a built-in graphic storage system to save processing data. This feature makes it easy to reuse steel bar graphics, enhancing operational efficiency.
