Precautions for Using Rebar Ring Making Machine
1. The equipment cannot be stored and used in the open air. It should be used indoors or in a shed without corrosive, flammable or explosive gases nearby. No high-voltage lines and radio interference sources.
2. It should be used, maintained and kept by dedicated personnel, who must undergo special training and be familiar with the machine’s performance.
3. The processed steel bars should comply with the relevant regulations of GB/T701-1997 and 1499.2-2007. The steel bars should be straight without defects such as deformation and bending to ensure good processing results.
4. The ambient temperature should be -5-40℃, and the relative humidity should be 20%-80% RH.
5. Storage temperature -20-60℃.
6. Electricity conditions should comply with relevant regulations. Ensure human and machine safety.
7. Non-professionals should not change the settings of the electrical control system at will.
8. During normal production, it is strictly forbidden for people to stand on the left and right ends of the equipment.
9. Add lubricating oil and grease regularly to each movement, transmission part and chain position of the machine, usually once every two weeks.
