The 5-13 Automatic Rebar Bending Machine, designed by GHM Machinery, is a fully automatic, multifunctional machine. It is capable of processing threaded steel bars with diameters of 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm. In addition to straight bars, the machine can produce single and double hooks, triangles, squares, polygons, circles, ribs, and other custom shapes based on customer needs. Its high level of automation includes straightening, automatic bending, feeding, and cutting, which minimizes operator labor and maximizes production efficiency.

1. The machine operates using a servo motor system with a clean, pollution-free design, ensuring no negative impact on the environment.
2. It features two high-precision sensors to monitor the bending and extending actions, guaranteeing 100% reliable performance.
3. Unlike pneumatic systems, it eliminates air pump and cylinder noise, reducing maintenance time and power consumption, saving up to 2 kilowatts per hour.
4. The split-type fixed knife design allows for easy maintenance without needing to replace the entire knife. Both sides of the fixed cutter can be used, extending its lifespan. Additionally, the movable cutter has a four-sided design, increasing its service life by four times and significantly lowering maintenance costs.
