Operating Principle:
- High-Speed Operation: The motor drives the machine via a belt, causing the straightening cylinder to rotate at high speed. This rotation straightens the steel bars and removes surface rust using the straightening die.
- Precision Feeding and Cutting: The motor also powers two transmission rollers through speed reduction belts and gear reducers. These rollers pull the steel bars forward and drive a crank wheel that moves the hammer head up and down.
- Cutting Cycle: When the steel bar reaches the desired length, the hammer head strikes the upper tool holder to cut the steel bar. The cut pieces then fall into a receiving rack. After cutting, the tool holder returns to its original position, ready for the next cycle.
