3000 Type Steel Cage Winding Machine

The steel cage winding machine is an ideal solution for producing steel cages for various pile foundations. Its operational principle involves crafting the main bars of the steel cage through molds, which includes internal supports. These bars are then placed onto the steel cage winding machine. The process begins by welding the end of the coiled bar to a main bar, followed by winding the coiled bar around the frame using the transmission roller’s rotation and the trolley’s movement.

During this synchronized rotation, welding takes place simultaneously, resulting in a finished steel cage. Operators can adjust the roller rolls’ speed from low to high based on their proficiency. The spacing between steel bars can be modified according to construction requirements, with preset parameters available. Additionally, when a steel cage comprises encrypted and reserved areas, the spacing adjusts automatically, enhancing work efficiency.

By incorporating foreign technology, the roller speed adjustment caters to operator proficiency levels. Furthermore, the equipment can be tailored to customer specifications. It can process steel cages exceeding 40 meters and three meters in diameter in a single operation, with minimal errors. The deviation between adjacent ribs remains within 3mm, ensuring precise fabrication. Even a 3-meter length pulled out directly with a meter ruler maintains an error within 2CM.
